Holly DeCarlo is a main character in Frosty Returns. She plays a similar role to Karen from the original 1969 Frosty special. She first appears in her house, getting ready to perform tricks for everyone in Beansboro, however things go haywire and Holly's hat flies away to an inanimate Frosty who suddenly appears alive. After finding out about Mr. Twitchell's new product Summer Wheeze, Holly and Frosty try to stop him.
