Elmer is a nerdy kid with a large boil named Bob on the side of his face, who speaks to him about ruling the world. He is a student at Dimmsdale Elementary School that attends Mr. Crocker's class. He is one of Timmy's "back-up" friends, the other being Sanjay.
Vote which fictional character would naturally fit in-universe with a big-named franchise! No time-travel, no interdimensional crap, no "Pooh's Adventures", they would just exist in-universe.
