Dr Juno is a paediatrician at the hospital. When Dr Juno was very small, she had an illness that meant she had to go to hospital a lot. The nurses and doctors were so kind to her she wanted to do the same thing when she grew up.
Vote which fictional character would naturally fit in-universe with a big-named franchise! No time-travel, no interdimensional crap, no "Pooh's Adventures", they would just exist in-universe.
