The Toad is the main antagonist in the DreamWorks•Aardman film, Flushed Away. He is the leader and boss of his henchrats (including Spike and Whitey) and his younger cousin, Le Frog.
Vote which fictional character would naturally fit in-universe with a big-named franchise! No time-travel, no interdimensional crap, no "Pooh's Adventures", they would just exist in-universe.
