Michael Spears (born December 28, 1977) is an Indigenous American actor. He is a member of the Kul Wičaša Lakota from the Lower Brulé Sioux Tribe of South Dakota.
In 1975, a Native American high school student befriends a white teenager and they bond over their love of music, while he tries to hide the reality of his home situation.
