The movie tells the origin story of Ice Bird, before meeting the other angry birds, telling us some of his past and how did he start to hate his now sworn enemy, alien pig, in the story, he meets a new human protagonist called Mark, a profesional astronaut that loves everything related to space and has a good life and family, after getting lost, he meets up with ice Bird, and both of them make a good bird-human friendship, fighting together against the evil forces of alien pig.
