Carly Shay is the protagonist of the TV series iCarly, and her own web show, iCarly. She is the younger sister of Spencer Shay and the daughter of Colonel Steven Shay and Mrs. Shay.
Carly, Sam, and Freddie moved from Seattle and then L.A. to California with Cat Valentine (From Victorious/Sam & Cat) and Dice (From Sam & Cat) this series took place after iCarly L.A.
