Carlos Marchand is a Puerto Rican stage, film and television actor. He's a graduate from the Department of Drama at the University of Sacred Heart, Santurce, Puerto Rico.
Ever since he was young, Doug had wanted to review films like his idols Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel. So Doug creates a series called Nostalgia Critic, where he reviews films, but over time, things get out of control.
