Zachary Edward Snyder (born March 1, 1966) is an American filmmaker. He made his feature film debut in 2004 with Dawn of the Dead, a remake of the 1978 horror film of the same name. Since then, he has directed or produced a number of comic book and superhero films, including 300 (2006) and Watchmen (2009), as well as the Superman film that started the DC Extended Universe, Man of Steel (2013), and its follow-ups, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Justice League (2017), the latter of which had a director's cut released in 2021. He also directed the animated film Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (2010), the psychological action film Sucker Punch (2011), the zombie heist film Army of the Dead (2021), and the two-part space opera films Rebel Moon (2023) and Rebel Moon—Part Two: The Scargiver (2024). In 2004, he founded the production company The Stone Quarry (formerly known as Cruel and Unusual Films) alongside his wife Deborah Snyder and producing partner Wesley Coller. Years after unite of Humans, Amazons, and Atlanteans, Queen Diana bring peace between Amazons and Humans. However, U.S. hegemony and invasions cause the strifes of earth. In 2025, the U.S. President Mike Pompeo gets thrown from the building, the U.S. Army attacks Asia, and the Second American Civil War begins. Some Amazons who once defended the earth are choosing different choices. Either just trying to help people, or destroy the corruption and hegemony in the world. Finally, Persephone beats all her friends and enemies, becomes the final winner. She feels luckily Diana didn't find out what she's doing.
