Friends Julie, Barry, Helen, and Ray run over a fisherman and dump his body in the water. A year later, the four reunite when Julie receives a frightening letter informing her that the crime they committed last summer has been spotted. While chasing whoever she believes is responsible for the letter, Barry is run over by a man with a hook. Now, Julie, Helen, and Ray must evade the mysterious killer's relentless pursuit.
