Oleg Kharitonov (born November 25, 1967) is a Russian stage and screen actor and vocalist, best known for his long-running lead role as Fedor Tumanov in the popular detective series Pautina (The Web), which spanned eleven seasons. A graduate of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts (LGITMiK), he trained in both dramatic acting and musical theater, a background that enabled him to pursue a dual career as a performer of classical romances and hits from the 1930s. Before achieving mainstream success on television, Kharitonov built a strong foundation in theater, performing with the St. Petersburg State Drama Theater "Shelter of the Comedian" and the Mayakovsky Theatre in Moscow. His filmography includes a variety of roles in series and films such as Talisman lyubvi (2005), V kruge pervom (2006), and Moy papa lyotchik (2013).
