Fan Casting Justus Scavo [Victor of the 27th Hunger Games] [District 2] in Hunger Games; the Victor's Project.

The third of the famous cousins from District 2 who dominated the third decade of the Games, Justus was launched into a fiery desert arena, considered the toughest of all arenas up to this point. He was a devout Capitol loyalist, even more so than his cousins, in part due to the influence of his mentor Boudicca; he also stood out to the Capitol for specialising in hand to hand combat, almost never using a weapon in the arena. He was responsible for nine deaths [all carried out without a weapon], including the girls from Districts 4, 5, 9 and 11, the male tributes from Districts 1, 4, 6, 7, and 10 and finally his District partner, the girl from District 2.
