Fan Casting Gloss Delacroix [Victor of the 63rd Hunger Games] [District 1] in Hunger Games; the Victor's Project.

Gloss was born to the formerly Great House of Delacroix in District 1; growing up he and his sister were taught to become Victors in the Games and restore their good name at all cost. In the arena Gloss racked up seven kills in the boys from Districts 3, 5 and 10 and the girls from Districts 2, 4, 7 and 8. Following this Gloss became the only victor to outright miss the arena and developed a serial killer habit in which he was assisted by his sister; they became known as the 'Midtown Mincers'. Gloss was the final male victor from District 1, though he did not mentor except for the 64th and 74th Games. As of the 3rd Quarter Quell he is still alive age 29.
