Eamon came from a quite troubled background; his family were fairly rebellious against the Capitol and lower-middle-class and his father left the family when Eamon was 13 to 'come out' as gay and live with another man. Eamon was reaped age 16, proved charismatic and charming in the training and interviews and was sent into a dungeon arena. Here he outwitted the Careers and was responsible for the deaths of the girl from District 5 and the boys from Districts 3, 4 and 10. Through a series of largely illegal gambling incidents, including a very dangerous incident at the 52nd Games Eamon 'vanished' , officially dead but in reality now an Avox, on more dangerous paths...
