Brilliance's arena-a nightmare style forest filled with dangerous crow muttations-game many tributes and even some Capitolites length nightmares. He was responsible for six deaths during his time in the arena; the female tributes from Districts 5, 7, 10 and 11 and the male tributes from District 4 and-in the finale-District 8. His eyes were pecked out by the crow muttations but grown back after the Games; in part due to this he developed some deeply buried rebel tendencies. As of the 3rd Quarter Quell he is still alive age 46.
