Bruce Banner’s attempts to reintegrate into society are thwarted by General Ross who has aligned himself with a reclusive and corrupt scientist named Samuel Sterns. However, Sterns has his own plans for Banner, ones that include the experimentation of a group of test subjects imbued with Gamma Radiation.
