Since the Battle of Earth, Bruce Banner has begun to slowly rebuild his life now that the military has finally stopped chasing after him and that the Hulk is being hailed as a hero. However, Samuel Sterns (Now calling himself Leader) has escaped from prison and plans to turn the Earth's inhabitants into Gamma Monsters. Now, the Hulk, and a new ally, must face off against the Leader and his growing hoard of monsters
