Fan Casting President Hugh Neutron in Hugh Neutron: Hugh-Time!! (Miniseries)

Through one of Jimmy’s new inventions, Hugh is able to view an alternate reality where he ends up obtaining the reality bending powers of the Great Gazoo. This draws the attention of Lord Dregg, who manipulates Hugh into becoming a candidate for president, which he wins, from there, Dregg uses Hugh to destroy his enemies, which brings him into contact with Goku and Vegeta.
