Yuu is a very nervous high school boy, who was bullied severely, eventually cutting school and becoming a hikikomori. Eventually, he tries to grow stronger by practicing boxing from a book, and by repetition develops a powerful one-two. Yuu began wandering the nightlife seeking his place, but was repeatedly harassed by delinquents, and as he repelled them each time with punches that became ingrained in his body, he eventually became famously known as Shimokita's Yankii Hunter. This experience led him to meet many friends and enemies, including Masaki Izawa, a former boxer and legendary fighter known as the 'Charisma of the Street,' and he began to find his place in the city and must defend himself against stronger opponents to survive. Usually introverted and kind, but when it comes to fights, he displays an unfathomable sense of concentration like a completely different person. However, deep down, a combative side born from his defensive instincts constantly dwell in him.
