The leader of delinquent students of Setagaya Commercial High School, where only old-fashioned delinquents gather. Because he is obsessed with the limited privileges of delinquents, he harbors an intense hostility toward Masaki Izawa, whom Yoshii sees as a threat to his dominance, and is obsessed with defeating Masaki. He is quite a schemer, using every possible tactic to corner Masaki, such as sending fighters who are almost like his own followers and applying group pressure.
