David Blatty and his girlfriend, Sarah Davis are having a steady relationship. After a weird crush triangle between him, Sarah, and Carly Parker (the goth girl), he chose to be in a relationship with Sarah instead. He took her to prom, went to the movies with her, had a nice time. Now, starting his second year at Townsend High School, and also starting to hang out with Sarah's friends, the strangest stuff has not happened yet until Sarah's ex comes and goes to the same school as them. Now starting drama with David, Sam, Sarah's ex wants David to break up with Sarah so he can get back together with her. But David's not giving up on her. So he does everything he can to stay with Sam and get rid of Sam once and for all.
