Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
Plot: The series focuses on a teenage boy/girl who has recently transferred to Oliver M. Berry High School and focuses on making friends, having laughs, and figuring out where they fit in High School.
