The Hellcats are a gang bent on bucking authority and terrorizing the school by doing things like having a bad attitude toward their teachers and parents. When Joe, a new student, moves into the neighborhood, he draws the attention of The Hellcats. Unhappy with his homelife and desperate for acceptance, Joe goes along with the gang, and is soon dancing, drinking, and meeting girls. Can his parents stop his descent into depravity?
