Ever since he was young, Floyd Belkin had always wanted to be a superhero, but didn't know how to. But when he gets into a roller coaster accident, resulting in him losing his arms, Floyd is given reattach-able arms. Floyd sees this as an opportunity to prove himself to be a hero....but, it won't be easy.
