Anthony Dwane Mackie (born September 23, 1978) is an American actor. He gained wide recognition for portraying Sam Wilson / Falcon / Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, beginning with the film Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), and headlining the Disney+ miniseries The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021) and its continuation film Captain America: Brave New World (2025). Mackie made his film debut in 8 Mile (2002), and earned critical recognition for his roles in Brother to Brother (2004), which garnered him an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Actor, and The Hurt Locker (2008), which earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the AAFCA Awards. He also played Tupac Shakur in Notorious (2009) and Martin Luther King Jr. in the HBO film All the Way (2016). On television, Mackie starred as Takeshi Kovacs in the second season of Netflix's Altered Carbon (2020) and currently leads the Peacock series Twisted Metal (2023–present). In theatre, he has performed in Broadway and Off-Broadway adaptations, including Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, A Soldier's Play, and Carl Hancock Rux's Talk, for which he won an Obie Award in 2002. Based on the Heroes United: Corona Virus animated video by MightyRacoon!, this is if the video was made into an 155 minute feature film where both animated characters and live action characters form an alliance. After weeks and months of COVID-19 spreading like wildfire and real-life heroes in the medical world doing everything they can to come up with a cure, Rick and Morty assemble a team of heroes worthy of fighting the monsters, but a second wave approaches and Rick Sanchez must summon a unit that deals with supernatural entities and homicidal assassins. I went with the Dawn Of The Dead & I Am Legend Movie elements to make this more of a semi-realistic and serious plot rather than going The Avengers direction
