For some reason, the same mutated brute from Spring Broken has returned even though Millie killed it, but somehow the creature is still rampaging. That is because it seems Azazel has revived it because he wants to use it as a henchman of his, and it’s unleashed on San Diego and Oakland during an interruption of one of IMP’s usual assassinations. It also has new, much more bestial sounds in addition to edited versions of Sallie May’s voice actress’s vocals for the fish. It even later rampages in Imp City, leaving many areas in ruins. Is Millie going to kill it again, or will it get it’s revenge?
