Evan D. Goldberg (born September 15, 1982) is a Canadian screenwriter, film producer and director. He has collaborated with his childhood friend Seth Rogen on a variety of films, including Superbad, Pineapple Express, This Is the End, The Interview, Sausage Party, Good Boys, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Goldberg and Rogen launched the cannabis company Houseplant in Canada in 2019. In the comedy action movie "Heartbeat Havoc," we follow the anxious and easily frightened protagonist, Alex, who carries a gun for protection due to his extreme fears. Now, he must face his fears and repair the gun to protect himself and save his wife from the malevolent influence of her new heart. As he tries to use his gun to defend himself, he discovers it's jammed, forcing him to face his fears head-on. With comedic twists and quirky characters along the way, Alex navigates this unexpected adventure, trying to fix his gun and save himself from his wife's deadly intentions before it's too late.
