Two years after Joker's reign of terror, Gotham is rebuilding. But when Joker escapes and murders Victor Frie’s wife, framing Batman for the crime, Victor's grief and rage transform him into Mr. Freeze. Seeking vengeance, Mr. Freeze targets Batman, and batman recruits Dick Grayson as his side kick “robin” unleashing a cryogenic onslaught on the city. As their battle rages, Joker continues his chaotic rampage, killing innocents and reveling in the mayhem. Deathstroke who is paid to kill batman is now set. Batman must confront all 3 villains, and restore order to Gotham. Can he defeat Mr. Freeze, Deathstroke, and stop Joker's violence once again?
