Rob, the leader of a struggling metal band, is feeling the effects of being unknown: low morale, bad gigs, and grumbling band members. However his undying love for the genre finally gets the attention of world famous music executive Dan Sterling, who has just what it takes to make them big. Just as it looks like Rob will get everything he's wanted signs of something sinister appear. As the band's quality increases, so does their anger and a mysterious addiction.
