Character Description

A Ravenclaw student. He is invited by Horace Slughorn to join his Slug Club because he is the nephew of Damocles Belby, a famous potioneer who developed the Wolfsbane Potion. Slughorn quickly loses interest in Marcus because he sees very little of his uncle and has nothing in common with him.
