Character Description

A wizard with a grudge against Albus Dumbledore. He is interviewed by Rita Skeeter for her book, "The Life and Kies of Albus Dumbledore", claiming that he discovered eight of the twelve uses of dragon's blood and accusing Dumbledore of stealing his papers. He also claims that Bathilda Bagshot is senile.
