A Muggle man living in Little Hangleton. A World War II veteran, he worked as the gardener for the Riddle family once the war ended. He was the prime suspect when the family were murdered and although never formally tried, the suspicion followed him for the rest of his days. He was murdered by the Riddles' true killer, Lord Voldemort.
