After a series of Jigsaw copycat murders surfaces in Korea, detective Roe Kyu-bong and his team are sent in to investigate these grisly crimes. Soon, it is revealed that the killer is targeting both cops and gangsters related to the ongoing turf war. Soon, Kyu-bong starts to become consumed by the case, even going as far to interrogate gangsters himself.
