After the events of Halloween: Resurrection, Freddie Harris has developed PTSD and guilt for what happened. Because of this, he wants to make a documentary on Michael Myers to provide closure to the survivors and their families. However, unknown to everyone except the FBI, Myers is very much alive and Woods intend to keep it that way... But this is a Halloween movie, so that doesn't last for long.
