Jamie Lloyd has been living a quiet life since going into hiding back in 1995. Currently living under an assumed name, she has done her best to move forward and put past events behind her so she can focus on raising her children, son Steven and daughter Rachel. Even though it's been fifteen years, Jamie is still plagued by constant nightmares that her uncle boogeyman will find her one day. Her nightmare becomes reallity when Amelia Loomis shows up at her house to inform her that Michael Myers knows where she is and is coming for her and her family. Tired of hiding, Jamie resolves to confront her murderous uncle in order to protect her children from painful deaths.
