Ever Gabo Anderson, born on November 3, 2007, in Toronto, Canada, is a Canadian-American actress and model. She is the daughter of American actress Milla Jovovich and British director Paul W. S. Anderson, and has two younger sisters, Dashiel and Osian. Her ancestry includes Russian and Serbian roots from her mother's side and English heritage from her father's lineage. Despite initial attempts by her parents to dissuade her from pursuing acting, Ever remained steadfast in her pursuit. Fluent in English and Russian, she is also proficient in French, residing in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California, where she practices taekwondo. At the age of nine, Ever graced the cover of Vogue Bambini, photographed by Ellen von Unwerth, and captured the attention of renowned photographers like Karl Lagerfeld, Mikael Jansson, and Peter Lindbergh. Her debut in a feature film occurred in "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" (2016), directed by her father. Created by Tim Seeley, Hack/Slash is a long-running comic book series that flips the script on 1980s horror tropes. It follows Cassie Hack, a "Final Girl" who decides to stop running and start hunting. In this universe, the killers from horror movies are known as "Slashers"—supernatural monsters who died filled with intense hatred and returned as nearly unkillable revenants. Cassie’s mission is deeply personal, as she is a survivor of her own horror movie. After being forced to kill her own mother—a lunch lady turned serial killer—to stop a school massacre, she dedicated her life to traveling the country. Alongside her protector Vlad, she hunts down these slashers to end their cycles of violence before they can claim more victims. The series would follow the Original 13 Volumes of the comic and be followed up by another series, Hack/Slash: Death By Sequel, which would follow Son of Samhain and Resurection Volumes 1 & 2.
