Peter spends years as the Ravagers’ personal slave, cleaning their ship, washing their clothes and even being used in the space pirates’ antics across the Galaxy. As Peter grows up, he steals Yondu’s ship and goes off on his own solo quests under the name ‘Star-Lord’, stealing artefacts and cosmic valuables and earning a profit. On one of his quests he finds himself on an abandoned planet known as Morag to obtain a mysterious Orb, however once he obtains the orb he is attacked by forces sent by Ronan The Accuser. Although Peter manages to escape, Yondu discovers his left and put a bounty onto his head. Once Ronan discovers the failure of his forces unable to obtain the orb he sends out his top assassins Gamora and Nebula after the orb. Ronan’s plan is to use the orb in order to create an annihilation of his former enemies and to have high power across the Galaxy.
