Dan Houser (born November 1973 in London, England) is an English video game producer who is the former Vice President of Creativity for Rockstar Games, the company he co-founded with his brother Sam and Terry Donovan.
Set in the fictional Liberty City, based on New York City, the story follows Eastern European war veteran Niko Bellic and his attempts to escape his past while under pressure from high-profile criminals.
