Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
Carl Johnson (CJ) returns to San Andreas after his mother was killed in cold blood by members of the rival gang the Ballas. CJ must team up with his friends from his former gang The Grove Street families to take down rival gangs and take control of the city.
