Character Description

Sinestro is loaded into a prison van and is being driven to a high-security facility. But not long after the drive begins, the van crashes along the side of an abandoned road. The back door of the van opens up and standing there is Vandal Savage. Sinestro asks who he is, and Savage replies that he's Sinestro's new boss.
