Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Test pilot Hal Jordan has been chosen to succeed Alan Scott in the Green Lantern Corps, the intergalactic police, and is assigned to protect Sector 2814 from threats.
