After receiving a mysterious ring, cocky pilot Hal Jordan is enlisted into the Green Lantern corps, an intergalactic police force who fight with willpower. He is soon joined by two other humans, John Stewart and Guy Gardner. The three don’t quite get along, but they soon find that they’ll have to put their differences aside in order to beat Vandal Savage, an immortal warrior.
