The Guardians of the Universe task the Green Lantern of Sector 2814, John Stewart, to investigate an increase in the activity of the Manhunters, a robotic police force void of emotion. To help, John teams up with his Justice League teammates Hawkwoman & the Martian J'onn J'onzz.
The heroes discover that the Manhunters have located the being known as Agent Orange, wielder of the Orange Light of Avarice & wanted by the Guardians. John, Shayera, & J'onn must apprehend Agent Orange while protecting him from the Manhunters.
