Richard Marquand (22 September 1937 – 4 September 1987) was a Welsh film director best known for directing the blockbuster Star Wars film, Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983).
Hal Jordan, also known as Green Lantern, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created in 1959 by writer John Broome and artist Gil Kane, and first appeared in Showcase #22.
