The 19th film in my Batman, Green Arrow, and Blue Beetle Cinematic Universe! The plot for this one goes as follows: Green Arrow meets Roy Harper, who has just escaped from the H.I.V.E. Foundation, and tells him that they have been experimenting on people to create soldiers and quietly take over America. Roy then becomes Arsenal and teams up with Green Arrow to take them down.
