Character Description

On the streets of Star City at night, a brutal gang is trying to rob an innocent young couple, only to be both beaten and thwarted by a young teenage runaway all dressed in red, having clearly been inspired by Green Arrow's recent heroism. The couple thanks the youngster for saving their lives and asks what his name is. He simply replies, "Roy Harper, but you can call me Speedy."
