Fan Casting Merlyn in Green Arrow: Legend of the Emerald Archer (1997)

Arthur Malcolm King, better known as Merlyn and also famously known as the Dark Archer, is the main antagonist of Green Arrow: Legend of the Emerald Archer. A fellow student of Yao Fei Gulong alongside Oliver Queen, who fully resents the latter for managing to accomplish what he could not. Unlike Green Arrow, he begins to use his teachings for evil, eventually joining the League of Assassins, where he plots alongside their leaders Count Vertigo and Lady Shiva to take control of Star City and kill Green Arrow.
