Fan Casting Lady Shiva in Green Arrow: Legend of the Emerald Archer (1997)

Sandra Wu, better known as Lady Shiva, is the tertiary antagonist of Green Arrow: Legend of the Emerald Archer. She is a highly skilled master assassin and arguably one of the world's deadliest hand-to-hand combatants, who acts as Count Vertigo's right-hand of the League of Assassins, with her also coming into combat with Green Arrow's main ally, Black Canary.
