Werner Zytle, or more infamously known as Count Vertigo, is the secondary antagonist of Green Arrow: Legend of the Emerald Archer. The ruthless, arrogant ruler of the Eastern European nation of Vlatava as well as the leader of the League of Assassins, who seeks to take control over the entire world. He wears a signature lime blazer, dark green cape, and uses advanced cybernetic technology to induce intense vertigo and disorientation in his enemies.
