Billionaire playboy entrepreneur Oliver Queen is left for dead after a murder attempt costumed as an accident. Stranded on a desert island, he finds out about an illegal web of drug dealing, which was, without his knowledge, financed by him.
Enraged and willing to do the right thing, Queen will do anything to dismantle this web and find revenge against those who tried to kill him.
